Henry (racing name Henry’s Joy) is a 12-year-old gelding standing at 16.2hh with a kind nature and plenty of character.

Henry came back to us with a sore back, so we decided to have this fully investigated. The good news is that X-rays showed no kissing spine (we can provide X-rays and report), and following physiotherapy he is now feeling as right as rain. He is moving comfortably and happily.

Henry enjoys company when being ridden and is at his best when he has another horse alongside him. He hacks out happily with others but isn’t one to go alone. On the ground, he loves in-hand work with his human and really enjoys building a bond - he genuinely wants to be your friend.

Henry would suit a kind, understanding home that enjoys partnership and companionship, both in and out of the saddle.
