Caterpillar (racing name Capallcliste) is a 6 year-old bay gelding, trained by Simon Hodgson, and is sired by Profitable, with Toodancute as his dam.
Caterpillar has not been with us for long, but from everything we have seen so far, he is a lovely, gentle gelding with a fantastic temperament. He has settled in well and is thoroughly enjoying his time at SB.
He has already been ridden by our team and has been out hacking, taking everything in his stride with a calm and willing attitude. Caterpillar is easy to handle, kind to be around, and has the sort of nature that makes him a pleasure to have on the yard.
