Brian [racing name Colemanstown Lad] is a lovely 10-year-old gelding, standing at 16.3hh. Having been in training until 2024, Brian has since spent the past year being ridden by a young girl and is now looking for a new home where he can continue his new career away from the track.

Brian is a kind, gentle horse with lovely paces and plenty to offer. He schools nicely on the flat and has been trotting over cross-poles, showing promise as he continues to develop his skills. He is also happy hacking both alone and in company, making him a lovely prospect for someone who enjoys getting out and about as well as working in the school.
Brian has the potential to go in several different directions with the right education and patience. Brian has a great foundation to build upon. He would suit a home that is keen to continue his education, build on his existing skills and help him reach his full potential.
For someone looking for a gentle, established Thoroughbred with plenty of scope to progress, Brian could be a wonderful addition. We would love to find him a home where he can continue learning, gain confidence and enjoy his next chapter away from racing.
