Bishop (racing name Potters Bishop) is an 8-year-old gelding standing at approximately 16.3hh and is now ready to find his forever home.

Bishop is a really lovely horse to have around the yard. He's kind, enjoys being around people, and has settled well into life at SB. He's happy hacking both alone and in company and is enjoying getting back into work. Bishop is a forward-going ride who loves having something to do. In his previous home, he thoroughly enjoyed his jumping, attending baby showjumping competitions, cross-country schooling, and hound exercise.

We think Bishop has a fantastic future ahead of him and will make a brilliant prospect for someone looking for a horse to continue producing and enjoying.

Medical history is available on request. In July 2025, Bishop sustained a very minor fracture to his wither after pulling back while tied up on his previous yard. This was successfully managed without surgery. He began walking out and long reining in October 2025 before returning to ridden work at the end of December 2025, and he has continued to progress well since.
