Founded by Sharon Blake and based in the beautiful South West of England, we are a family-run yard dedicated to the careful retraining, rehabilitation and rehoming of racehorses from all walks of life.
What began with helping place a handful of horses from one yard (Sharon’s Husband, Michael Blake Racing) soon grew into a trusted and recognised service, now supporting trainers, owners and private homes from across the country.
Our mission is simple: to give every horse the time, understanding and care they deserve as they transition into a new chapter.

Bruce (racing name Christian Bruce (IRE)) is a 5 year-old mare standing at 16.2hh who is an exciting prospect for someone looking for quality, presence and versatility.
She has a fantastic attitude and a personality that can turn her hoof to anything, making her a very appealing horse for a variety of disciplines. She is a lovely model with incredible paces, showing plenty of movement and athleticism that catches the eye.
In February, she had a small amount of heat in a tendon, however she was never lame, and this has been carefully monitored. She has continued to be comfortable and happy, and further information can be discussed with interested parties.
Bruce can be RoR eligible and ready to begin the next stage of her career. We feel she has all the magic to make a very smart riding horse in the right hands.

Iris (racing name Lady Iris (FR)) is a 6 year-old mare standing at 15.2hh, sired by Great Pretender, with Athinea as her dam, who is now looking for her next chapter after racing.
A beautiful mare with excellent conformation, Lady Iris is a kind horse with a lovely temperament and a willing attitude. She has the basics in place and is settling well into life beyond racing, but she will benefit from someone continuing her education and introducing her to new experiences as she progresses in her retraining.
With her quality, presence and athletic build, we feel she could excel in showing, as well as a variety of other disciplines. She is also RoR eligible, making her an exciting prospect for someone looking to produce an ex-racehorse.
Lady Iris would suit a knowledgeable and supportive home that enjoys bringing on a horse and helping them reach their full potential. She has a bright future ahead of her and plenty to offer the right person.

Cory (racing name Corneilous) is a 16.2hh, 14-year-old gelding who really is a smashing horse with a lovely presence and a kind, genuine nature. He has been there and got the T-shirt, making him a great all-rounder type for someone looking for a versatile and enjoyable partner.
Cory has stacks of ability and is a true gentleman to have around. He is a lovely ride and hacks out happily both alone and in company, taking everything in his stride. He enjoys being part of a busy yard environment and thrives when living in a gelding herd.
Cory successfully underwent kissing spine surgery in 2022 and has recovered well, now back in work and enjoying life.
He would suit a home looking for a kind, capable all-rounder to enjoy and build a partnership with - his happiness is the most important thing.

Charlie & Alby are a very special pair looking for a home together, where they can continue enjoying the happy life they deserve. They would be perfect light hackers.
Charlie is 18 years old and Alby is 11 years old. When they arrived with us last year, they had sadly been totally neglected and were in need of time, care and rehabilitation. They spent the following year in a wonderful foster home, where they were able to regain their strength, recover, and enjoy a peaceful life while they healed.
Thanks to the love and dedication they have received, both horses have come on tremendously and are now ready to find a permanent home together. They share a close bond and we are committed to keeping them as a pair.
